1. What is Customer ID? How can I get it?
Ans. Customer Portal ID is a unique identification number given to all Primary customers of Gateway Rail. Customer Portal IDs would reach to you from Gateway Rail Customer Service Department. In case you cannot find your customer ID please contact Customer Care for assistance.
2. How can I Login?
Ans. You can login by entering the customer ID and Password issued to you by our customer care
3. How can I change my password?
Ans. Once you login for the first time, you will be directed to a “Change Password” page, where you can change your password and create a new password. Subsequently, the password can be changed according to your own convenience Post-login.
